Largest ever team from the Pacific attends World Championships |
Nine countries from Oceania (including seven Pacific Island Nations) participated at the Inaugural World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Federation (WBPF) Men's World Championships & Congress in Dubai.
A total of sixty four (64) bona fide member countries participated in these championships and this event featured the largest team ever from the Pacific.

No. 11 Gary Colombani, Tahiti, 14th Place.
Under 70kg
No. 7 Lucas Wemin, PNG, 10th Place No. 12 Patrick Jean Villemur, New Caledonia, 12th Place
No. 9 Karl Tuilatai Adam, Samoa, 16th Place
Under 75kg
No. 11 Dean Teiho, Cook Islands, 12th Place
Under 80kg
No. 6 Sitani Tautalanoa, Tonga, 10th Place.
Under 85kg
No. 13 Gilbert Foucault, New Caledonia, 10th Place.
No. 19 Amos Sui, Solomon Islands, 15th Place.
Over 100kg
No. 7 Regan Ioane, Niue, 8th Place.
